How to Request a Quotation for Bulk Purchases

What is the MOQ?

There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for individual purchases, except for Master Portion Butter 8g, Pascual Yogurt 125g, and Beerenberg Jam (14g & 30g).

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Kota Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia.

Can I self-pickup my order?

Yes, you may opt for self-pickup or arrange for Lalamove to collect the order the next day after payment is made.

Which courier service do you use?

All orders within the Klang Valley are fulfilled using our own delivery trucks or third-party delivery providers such as GrabExpress or Lalamove.

For outstation deliveries, items will be delivered by third-party logistics providers such as Ninja Van and DHL. Tracking numbers will be provided via WhatsApp or email.
